"Something that your eyes and body want to do naturally. If you're missing the ball you're not seeing it right...Gene showed me the light in 15 minutes. Immediately, I was firing the balls in perfectly. If I would have known this when I played Efren Reyes in the Million Dollar IPT tournament, I would have won."

U.S. Open 9 Ball: Immonen vs. Varner

by Skippy on January 31, 2010

This pool video features two world-class players. One is a hall-of-famer and the other is a future hall-of-famer.

Nick Varner and Mika Immonen play this match at the 2008 U.S. open 9-Ball championship. Nick Varner won back-to-back U.S. Open championships in 89-90. Mika ended up winning the U.S. Open in 2008 and again in 2009.

Again, more great commentary from Wych and Diliberto.

Let me know if you like this great billiards video.

Cheers,
Skippy

P.S. Mika plays with a Mezz Cue and Varner has his own line of Varner cues. Look for those cues in the listings below the video.
